Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services to children with autism. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), follow an individualized treatment plan, collect accurate session data, and help each client build meaningful skills.

Responsibilities include delivering direct ABA services across settings, implementing programs written by the BCBA, and maintaining thorough session notes,

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (RBT) per BACB standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct ABA services in various settings (home, school, clinic, community).
• Implement behavior-reduction and skill-acquisition programs as written by supervising BCBA.
• Collect data and document session notes clearly and timely.
• Communicate professionally with caregivers, supervisors, and scheduling staff.
• Participate in supervision, training, and competency reviews.
• Follow ethical, clinical, privacy, safety, and documentation requirements.
• Travel reliably to assigned cases and maintain consistent attendance.
