Qualifications

  • Active Registered Behavior Technician certification required.
  • Experience supporting elementary school-aged children with applied behavior analysis in a classroom or one-on-one setting.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans designed and supervised by the BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one, in-classroom support to an 8-year-old 3rd grade student.
  • Collect accurate data and document student progress.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and incorporate feedback to ensure success of therapeutic goals.
  • Support the student in both academic and social situations throughout the school day.
