Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA, collect data, and submit session notes while collaborating with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to communicate with coworkers, supervisors, families.
• Must have a valid state ID.
• Reliable transportation to travel between locations.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans.
• Data collection and session notes.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Travel to multiple locations as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
