Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy in clients' homes. You will implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA and diligently record data on progress.

The role requires reliable transportation and the ability to travel to multiple locations, with a Monday–Friday schedule and some weekend commitments. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health, dental, life, vision, PTO, and paid maternity leave.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Must have a vehicle and be prompt to appointments.
