Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a qualified Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy for children with autism, in home or clinic settings. You will implement plans from the supervising BCBA and contribute to data collection and notes.

We offer flexible hours, room to grow, and a supportive team. A vehicle and valid license are required for commuting to locations; expect travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder.
• Effective communication in English, including verbal and written.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home or clinic environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans written by the supervising BCBA.
• Data collection and session note submission.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors.
• Attend staff meetings and trainings.
• Travel up to 25% as needed to commute to locations.
