Job summary

EzCare ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children in Beaverdam, VA across home, school, and clinic settings. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy, follow BCBA plans, and track progress to help children reach milestones.

This part-time role offers afternoon and early-evening shifts with competitive pay, paid training, and opportunities for certification assistance within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience with children or ABA services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and clinic settings.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll work directly with children in home, school, and clinic settings, delivering individualized ABA therapy that creates real, measurable progress. You'll build strong relationships with families, help children achieve important milestones, and play a key role in improving their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement treatment plans developed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and accurately document client progress data
• Collaborate with families and team members to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment
• Help clients develop skills that promote independence and success

Compensation & Schedule:

• Pay: $26 - $34 per hour
• Part-Time Positions Available
• Afternoon & Early Evening Shifts
• Location: Beaverdam, VA Area
