Achievements ABA Therapy in Stem, NC is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work under a BCBA supervisor, delivering quality ABA therapy to support children with autism.

This part-time role offers competitive pay of $25.00–$30.00 per hour, plus health, dental, and vision insurance with 25+ hours weekly, paid time off, 401(k) with matching, mileage reimbursement, a BCBA-in-training program, and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred or in progress.
• RBT credential preferred, 2026-compliant 40-hour training acceptable.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear background check and verifiable references.
