Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental and behavioral health needs in Mesa, AZ.

The role offers hourly pay between $23 and $26 depending on experience. Responsibilities include helping clients improve social and communication skills, documenting progress, and implementing plans developed by certified analysts.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with children with special needs.
• Requires at least 18 years of age and a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of college coursework in psychology/education/related field or minimum one year experience with children.
• Must be able to work one-on-one with children and document progress.

Responsibilities

• Help children develop social and communication skills and address behavioral challenges.
• Document child progress and milestones.
• Follow behavior plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children with special needs
• Strong communication skills
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
