Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Glendale, AZ is seeking a compassionate caregiver to help children with special needs develop social and communication skills. You will document progress, track milestones, and help implement behavior plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

Morning, afternoon and evening hours are available to fit your schedule. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for working with children.

• Completion of college coursework in psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or related experience preferred

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Completion of college coursework in one of the following programs: psychology, education, social work, behavioral science, human development, or a minimum of one year experience working with children in the following capacities: Child Development, Camp Counselor, Paraprofessional, Behavioral Interventionist, ABA Therapist, or Behavior Technician required
