Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Massachusetts is seeking an RBT to deliver high-quality one-to-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect progress data, and work with families to reinforce skills learned during sessions.

As part of a supportive team, you will collaborate with supervising BCBA clinicians, participate in ongoing training, and help create safe, engaging environments that promote meaningful progress for

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician certification (or eligibility to obtain)
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s in Psychology/Education a plus
• Experience with autism or developmental delays
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based 1:1 ABA therapy to clients.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and meaningful skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment for the child during sessions.
