Job summary

Blue Gems ABA is seeking an RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with ASD in home, school, or clinic settings. You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect progress data in real time, and work closely with families and caregivers to ensure consistency and meaningful growth.

The role emphasizes teamwork, ongoing professional development, and a compassionate approach to helping children achieve important milestones in communication, social, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or eligibility to obtain certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree a plus.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental delays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or clinic settings.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs designed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect accurate, real-time data on client progress using clinical software.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment during sessions.
