Job summary

Hidden-Light-Aba is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to support individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior intervention plans and providing direct 1:1 therapy in a supportive setting.

The successful candidate will collect data, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and help create personalized care plans while maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Experience with children or individuals with developmental disabilities is required.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques is required.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy to individuals
• Collect data on targeted behaviors
• Collaborate with the treatment team to ensure consistency in implementation
• Assist in the development of individualized care plans
