Hidden-Light-Aba is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with individuals who have developmental disabilities and implement behavior intervention plans. The role focuses on delivering direct 1:1 therapy and ensuring fidelity to BCBA-designed plans.

The ideal candidate will collect data, collaborate with the treatment team, and contribute to individualized care plans while maintaining thorough client records.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification required.
• Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques and approaches.
• Ability to work with people with developmental disabilities in a compassionate and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts.

• Collect data on targeted behaviors.
