Job summary

Astro ABA in Delaware, OH is seeking a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement plans, and support families with compassionate care.

The role emphasizes ongoing training, collaboration with the therapy team, and a positive, nurturing environment for clients and families. Prior ABA experience is not required, but BACB certification is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must be a certified RBT through BACB.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate/bachelor’s preferred.
• No ABA experience required; willingness to learn and grow with the team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; passion for working with children.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Part Time

As an RBT at Astro ABA, you will work closely with our board-certified behavior analysts and other professionals to deliver high-quality ABA therapy services to children with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your expertise and compassion will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy plans under the supervision of a board-certified behavior analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client behavior and progress
• Develop and maintain a positive, nurturing relationship with clients and their families
• Collaborate with the therapy team to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

• Must be a certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• No experience in ABA therapy or a related field needed; willingness to learn and grow with our team
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
