The Learning Experience - North Spring is seeking a caring, patient Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support young children with special needs in our early childhood education program. Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential preferred.
• Experience with children with autism, developmental delays, behavioral needs, or other special needs.
• Experience in ABA, childcare, preschool, early intervention, or a similar setting preferred.
• Must be patient, nurturing, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow classroom and behavior-support plans.
• Must meet all Texas childcare background-check and employment requirements.

We are seeking someone compassionate, dependable, and comfortable working with children who may need additional support with communication, behavior, transitions, social skills, sensory needs, and classroom participation.
