  • Implement behavior intervention strategies and reinforcement procedures as written in each client's plan.
  • Collect accurate, objective data during each session and document client progress in a timely manner.
  • Follow prompting, fading, task analysis, natural environment teaching, and other ABA-based teaching procedures as trained.
  • Support clients during therapy sessions while maintaining a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.
  • Communicate professionally with supervisors, caregivers, and team members regarding client progress and session updates.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and complete documentation in accordance with company policy and applicable privacy requirements.
  • Participate in required supervision, competency checks, team meetings, and ongoing training.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to follow written treatment protocols, collect data accurately, and maintain professional boundaries.
  • Dependable attendance, strong communication skills, patience, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and participate in active, play-based therapy sessions as needed.
Preferred Background

Helpful experience may include childcare, teaching, paraprofessional work, tutoring, coaching, camp counseling, direct support, behavioral health, special education, psychology, education, or related fields.
