Job summary

Kore Autism Services is actively seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Jersey Village, Houston, TX. The role focuses on 1:1 ABA therapy in-home or in-clinic, following plans created by our BCBA and collecting client progress data.

We require an RBT credential at hire, with preference for candidates who have ABA experience and autism-spectrum work. A safe, collaborative environment with growth opportunities is offered, along with full-time hours and competitive

Qualifications

• Must hold an RBT credential at time of hire.
• 1 year ABA therapy experience preferred.
• 1+ years working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with other developmental disabilities preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Must pass a background check and obtain Texas Fingerprinting prior to orientation.
• CPR and First Aid certification required or obtained before orientation.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

Kore Autism Services is looking for an experienced and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: Starts at $20/hr

• Job Type: Full Time

• Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (12:30-2:30 break)
