R&R Collaborative Therapy Services seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision. The role involves daily living skills, communication, social skills, and basic medical support in clients' homes; hours vary week to week based on client needs and supervisor coordination.
The ideal candidate will have a psychology/ABA-related degree, RBT credentials or training, and experience with Autism.

The Registered Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing the Treatment Plan goals and objectives written and maintained by the BCBA. These goals may include, but are not limited to: daily living skills, hygiene, community access, communication and social skills. Some clients may have basic medical needs in which they need assistance completing. RBT’s will work in the client’s residence, but may occasionally support the clients in other settings. Hours of work are arranged with the Supervising BCBA, client, and their family and may vary from week to week, depending on the client’s needs. The RBT will be responsible for keeping daily records and providing weekly summaries documenting services provided. The RBT will be under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and collaborate with supervisors as well as client’s caregivers.
