Job summary

ABA Achievers in Herriman, UT is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. This part-time role offers afternoon hours and immediate start, supporting children with autism and developmental disabilities under BCBA supervision.

You will implement therapy programs, collect accurate data, document sessions within 24 hours, and help maintain fidelity to behavior intervention plans while collaborating with families and our mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification.
• At least 6 months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities.
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for helping children.

Responsibilities:

• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)process and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills:

• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
• Maintain professional communication with families
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
