Job summary

ABA Achievers in Herriman, UT is seeking a motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team. You will implement ABA therapy programs under a BCBA, working across home or school settings and tracking session data in Rethink.

The role requires a current RBT certification and at least six months of hands-on experience with children who have developmental disabilities. Strong communication, patience, and creativity are essential as you support families and drive progress.

Responsibilities:

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
• supervision across home or school settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)process and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills:

• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
• Maintain professional communication with families
• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working
