New Patterns ABA FL is looking for caring, devoted, and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team, helping children and families through compassionate, evidence-based ABA therapy.
Under the guidance of a BCBA, you will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and support clients in home, school, and community settings, with flexible scheduling and ongoing mentorship.
New Patterns ABA is looking for caring, devoted, and dependable (Registered) Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our expanding team! This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children and families.
As part of our team, you will work under the guidance and supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and help clients build essential life skills in home, school, and community settings.
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments
Implement customized treatment plans created by a BCBA
Collect and record accurate data on client progress and behavior
Assist in developing and carrying out behavior intervention strategies
Establish and maintain positive, professional relationships with clients and their families
Current RBT certification (preferred, not required)
Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others
Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and follow through on responsibilities
Comfort working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds
Pay: $22–$28 per hour (based on experience)
