Job summary

New Patterns ABA in Pensacola, FL is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home and community settings under the supervision of a BCBA. This role offers meaningful work and hands-on experience in ABA.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families and the team.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification (preferred, but not required)
• Reliable transportation

New Patterns ABA is seeking compassionate and reliable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians to join our team in Pensacola FL. This is a great opportunity to make a meaningful impact by working directly with children and families while gaining hands‑on experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized treatment plans and support clients in developing important life skills.
