Job summary

Westside Children’s Therapy Inc. in Orland Park, IL is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy under supervision. You will work closely with BCBA and families to implement play-based ABA strategies and collect client data.

Your role includes documenting progress, participating in weekly meetings, and maintaining a caseload of about 30 therapy hours per week in a supportive, growth-focused clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Experience or familiarity with ABA and data collection preferred.

Responsibilities
