Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. (BII) is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) and Behavior Technicians to support clients with ASD and developmental delays in Delaware.

A four-week intensive training program is provided, and RBT credentials must be obtained within 3 months of hire with exam fees covered. Locations include Newark, New Castle County, and Middletown; part-time evening schedules from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm are available.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Background checks (federal/state/provider-specific) required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide behavioral intervention based on behavior analysis to develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
  • Establish and maintain therapeutic relationships with client, caregivers and family.
  • Collect accurate data per program specifications.
  • Maintain administrative/non-clinical tasks to support families, team and organization.
  • Attend trainings, supervision meetings and other required meetings.
  • Act as a mandated reporter and report suspected abuse/neglect as required.
