Job summary

Behavior Interventions, Inc. (BII) in Philadelphia is seeking Behavior Technicians to join a team providing ABA services to clients with ASD. This role offers a 4-week paid training program and a pathway to RBT certification.

You will collect data, implement interventions, maintain rapport with families, and participate in supervision and meetings; flexible evenings; no experience required but high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in related field or experience.
  • Background checks required by the provider.

Responsibilities

  • Provides behavioral intervention based on ABA to support skills.
  • Establishes rapport with client, caregiver and family.
  • Collects accurate data per program specifications.
  • Maintains admin and non-clinical functions for success.
  • Attends trainings, supervision and meetings as assigned.
  • Operates as a mandated reporter and reports concerns.
