Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to provide in-home 1:1 ABA services for children with ASD in Milton, GA. You will implement behavioral strategies, collect data, and coordinate with families and supervisors in a supportive team environment.

This part-time role offers potential for full-time, a $250 onboarding bonus, and benefits like tuition assistance and ongoing training with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities as Lead or Full Time RBT.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required
• Special education: 1 year (Preferred)
• Applied behavior analysis: 1 year (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and reduce behaviors that impede learning, safety or social opportunities according to the treatment plan.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
