Job summary

Golden Care Therapy is seeking an ABA Therapist to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA services to children with autism under supervision.

You will collect data, apply ABA strategies to improve learning and safety, and maintain open communication with families and the team. A $250 onboarding bonus is offered, with opportunities for growth toward Lead RBT and Full Time RBT roles.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• 1 year experience in special education preferred.
• 1 year experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with ASD.
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease barriers to learning.
• Collect and submit data on an electronic data system.

Golden Care Therapy is a ABA Therapy provider delivering home- based services for clients throughout the East Coast. We are seeking ABA Therapists/RBT's to join our team to provide ABA services for children with autism under the guidance of a behavioral supervisor (BCBA).
