Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, one-on-one behavioral support in clients' homes and community settings. Under BCBA supervision, you will help clients build skills and independence while traveling within the service area.

Responsibilities include implementing plans, collecting data, and communicating with families and clinical staff.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral needs preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the service area.
• Ability to pass all required background screenings.

• Collect and accurately document client data and progress.

Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide individualized, one-on-one behavioral support services to clients in their homes and throughout the community. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help clients build meaningful skills and achieve greater independence.
