Job summary

Rise Family in Nampa, ID is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic ABA team. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans, deliver direct ABA services in a clinic-based setting, and help young learners build foundational skills under supervision.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain.
  • Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
  • Able to pass background check and obtain CPR/First Aid if not on file.

Responsibilities

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
  • Provide direct ABA services in clinic-based setting.
  • Collect accurate data using the company’s electronic platform.
  • Support caregiver training as directed by the BCBA.
  • Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors.
  • Participate in team meetings and clinical training sessions.

What You Will Do

  • Support caregiver training as directed by the BCBA

  • Participate in team meetings and clinical training sessions
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in good standing, or willing to obtain
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
  • Professional, organized, and dependable
  • Comfortable working in a structured clinic environment
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Current CPR and First Aid, or willing to obtain
  • Ability to move including kneeling, sitting, standing and lifting up to 50 pounds
