Job summary

Rise 2 Growth is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to support the development of our young clients within a team of licensed professionals, designing and implementing individualized behavioral treatment plans.

You will provide one-on-one behavioral support, implement Behavior Intervention Plans under supervision, collect accurate data, and help students develop communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain strict confidentiality of student and client information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role:

As a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) with Rise 2 Growth, you'll play a vital role in supporting the development of our young clients. You'll work closely with a team of licensed professionals to design and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct one-on-one behavioral support to students based on individualized treatment plans

• Implement Behavior Intervention Plans under the supervision of a BCBA

• Collect and accurately document behavioral data during sessions

• Assist students with developing communication, social, academic, and daily living skills

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, BCBAs, and families to support student success

• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with all company and school policies
