Job summary

RISE Pediatric Therapies provides one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, community, and clinic settings, under the supervision of BCBA leadership. You will implement treatment plans, collect data, and help children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

You’ll collaborate closely with families and clinical staff to drive progress. We support ongoing professional development, provide paid training, and offer a clear path toward BCBA certification and leadership

Qualifications

  • RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification with company support.
  • High School Diploma or GED is required.
  • Ability to successfully pass all required background screenings.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Experience working with children is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, community, and clinic settings.
  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record session data.
  • Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team; participate in supervision, meetings, and training.
