Job summary

RISE Pediatric Therapies is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, clinic, or community settings. You will implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA and help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills.

We offer weekly supervision, ongoing training, and clear paths for career growth into Lead RBT, BCBA, or leadership roles.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification with company support.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Ability to pass all required background screenings and obtain necessary clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children in home, community, and clinic settings.
  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record session data.
  • Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training.

Preferred

  • Experience working with children
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
