Job summary

RISE Pediatric Therapies is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Oakland, FL. Join a supportive team that provides weekly supervision, ongoing training, and opportunities for advancement within ABA therapy for children and families.

You will deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in home, clinic, or community settings, collect data, and help clients develop communication and daily living skills under BCBA guidance. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • RBT certification in good standing or willingness to obtain certification with company support.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to successfully pass all required background screenings.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver one‑on‑one ABA therapy to children in home, community, and clinic settings.
  • Implement treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Collect and record session data.
  • Help children develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and the clinical team.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and training.
