Job summary

RISE Pediatric Therapies in Nampa, ID is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinical programming, conduct assessments, and build individualized treatment plans for children.

You will supervise RBTs, partner with families, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, with strong clinical support and opportunities for growth in a structured caseload.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in related field is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in ABA or related field is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical programming and ensure high-quality ABA services.
