Job summary

Applied ABC provides home & center-based ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapy to children with autism across the United States.

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly in the homes of children with autism, under supervision of a BCBA, implementing one-to-one behavioral interventions and collecting therapy data. This role requires weekday and weekend availability and a BA or current pursuit of related education, plus an active RBT certification.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates in pursuit of relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement one-to-one behavioral intervention plans.
• Participate in staff training on ABA techniques.
• Regular communication with supervisory staff.
• Operate under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Collect therapy session data.
