Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism in homes and centers. The role works under the supervision of a BCBA and focuses on implementing individualized intervention plans and data collection to track progress.

The position emphasizes hands-on training, ongoing skill development, and regular communication with supervising staff. Weekend availability is required, with competitive pay and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum of ABA experience.
• BA in related field or undergraduates pursuing relevant education.
• Valid RBT certification.

What We're Looking For

A Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with the capability to work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This therapist's role takes place directly in the homes of children with autism.
