Job summary

Achievers ABA is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism in day care, school, and home settings. You will work under BCBA supervision to implement interventions and track progress, contributing to treatment plans and maintaining safe, organized environments.

Responsibilities include data collection, collaboration with BCBA, and participation in ongoing training to grow skills in delivering high-quality therapy.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.

About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to join our team at Achievers ABA. As an RBT, you will work closely with our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other professionals to provide ABA therapy to children with autism. Your primary responsibility will be to implement behavioral interventions and strategies, while maintaining accurate records of progress and treatment plans.
