Job summary

Achievers ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism ages 2-18 in clinic-based and in-home settings across the greater Indiana region including Indianapolis.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision, collect data on progress, and collaborate with families and team members to ensure outcomes. The role emphasizes commitment, humility, and authenticity.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required and active.
• Experience with ABA data collection and progress tracking preferred.
• Ability to follow supervision from a BCBA and implement therapy plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in clinic-based and in-home settings
