Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is seeking a passionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinical team in South Jordan, Utah. The ideal candidate will implement ABA therapy programs and maintain accurate session data to help children with autism achieve their potential.

With a commitment to supporting the autism community, you will work under BCBA supervision and have opportunities for professional development, including assistance with RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilities.
• Current RBT certification required.
• Experience with ABA therapy data collection and session documentation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in various settings.
• Collect and document session data within 24 hours.
• Maintain fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans.

Skills

Hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA
  supervision across home, school, and center-based
  settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter
  documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each
  session
• Maintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior
  intervention plans (BIPs)
• Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in
  process
• Maintain professional communication with families
  and report observations to supervising BCBA

Skills
