Job summary

ABLE Kids is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a supportive team that makes a difference in children's lives. Start at $18/hour, with raises every 6 months for up to 2.5 years, and a guaranteed 40-hour week from Monday to Friday, 8:25 AM–4:30 PM.

No evenings or weekends, plus a $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs. You will provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6, teaching communication, social, play, and daily living skills while tracking progress and partnering

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred).
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided).
• Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2–6.
• Teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
• Encourage independence and confidence; track progress and milestones.
• Partner with families and clinical teams; create a positive learning environment.
