Job summary

ABLE Kids Services is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2–6 in Concord, NC. Start at $18/hour with opportunities for raises and incentives.

We offer a $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, paid RBT certification training, and a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:25 AM to 4:30 PM. Join a supportive team focused on meaningful outcomes for kids and families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to pass a background check and CPR training
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
