Job summary

ABLE Kids is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in Concord, NC. You will teach communication, social, play, and daily living skills while tracking progress and partnering with families and clinical teams.

The role offers a starting pay of $18 per hour, a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:25 AM to 4:30 PM, and a $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, with paid RBT certification training for new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred).
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude.
• Passion for working with children.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided).
• Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training.

Responsibilities
