Job summary

ABLE Kids is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to support one-on-one ABA therapy for children ages 2–6 in Columbia, SC. You will help kids grow, learn, and thrive while collecting data and celebrating progress with a supportive team.

Training for RBT certification is provided if needed, and the role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, no weekends, with a strong benefits package including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (college experience a plus).
• A heart for kids and a passion for helping others.
• Reliability and a positive attitude.
• Willingness to get CPR certified and pass a background check.
• RBT certification OR willingness to train and earn it with us (we cover the cost!).
