ABLE Kids in Pooler, GA is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). We train you to become proficient while you grow professionally in ABA therapy.

Starting pay is $18/hour with raises, a $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs, and a structured career path within a supportive clinical team. Mon-Fri day shift with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with children is a plus but not required.
• Pass a background check and obtain CPR certification.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete company-sponsored training.
• Must be able to work full-time, Mon-Fri, day shift.

Responsibilities

• Teach communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Collect data to monitor each child’s progress.
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Collaborate with families and the clinical team.

What You'll Do
