Job summary

ABLE Kids Services in Charlotte, NC is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy to children age 2-6. Starting pay is $18/hour with raises every 6 months for up to 2.5 years, Monday–Friday, 8:25 AM – 4:30 PM, and a $250 sign-on bonus for certified RBTs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR training preferred or required.
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.

What You'll Do

• Tracking progress and celebrating milestones
• Partnering with families and clinical teams
• Creating a positive, engaging learning environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (college coursework preferred)
• Positive, dependable, and compassionate attitude
• Passion for working with children
• Ability to pass a background check and complete CPR training
• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification (training provided)
