Achievements ABA Therapy GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. This role involves in-home and community-based interventions for children with autism, with emphasis on compassionate care and data-driven progress.

You will collect data, maintain records, and communicate with behavior analysts to report progress. We offer competitive pay of $25.00–$30.00 per hour, full benefits for full-time, paid time off, 401(k)

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred or in progress.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential required.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

• Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.

• Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress.

• Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to monitor client progress effectively.
