Connect n Care ABA is seeking skilled Behavior Technicians and RBTs for afternoon and evening shifts in Alexandria, VA. Join a team delivering one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents, with opportunities to grow into full-time roles as cases and schedules allow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain required certifications and training, such as First Aid.
• Availability for afternoon and evening hours.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Pass background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances.

Connect n Care ABA is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)!

Join our team and support clients throughout Alexandria, VA, and surrounding communities! We have part-time cases available and work with your availability to build a caseload that fits your schedule, with opportunities to grow into full-time hours as they become available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Ability to pass required background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances

This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, transitioning with clients, lifting materials or items up to approximately 25 pounds, and traveling between service locations, as applicable.
