Job summary

Constellation Health Services is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis-based interventions for children with autism and related disabilities in home, clinic, and school settings.

The RBT will implement plans under BCBA supervision, collect data, train caregivers, and maintain precise documentation while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field (accredited university).

Responsibilities

Job Description SummaryThe Registered Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Clients include children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, clinic, and school settings. The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs and assist with parent training. The RBT works under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.The principles of behavior analysis are to treat patients who have difficulties with socially significant behaviors.
