Job summary

Constellation Health Services seeks a Behavior Technician to deliver Applied Behavior Analysis interventions for children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in home, clinic, school, and community settings.

You will collect program data, train caregivers, and follow BCBA-directed behavior skill acquisition and reduction protocols to support meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and 1 year of direct experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.
• Or an associate’s degree with 2 years of direct relevant experience in behavior management.
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group direct therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement behavior intervention plans and data collection.
• Teach targeted skills using ABA techniques and reinforcement.
• Track progress and communicate with parents and administrators.

Job Description SummaryThe Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Clients include children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, clinic, and school settings. The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs and assist with parent training. The Behavior Technician works under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.The principles of behavior analysis are to treat patients who have difficulties with socially significant behaviors.
