Job summary

Constellation Health Services seeks a Behavioral Technician to deliver ABA-based instruction and behavior reduction plans for children with autism across home, clinic, school, and community settings. You will collect data, monitor progress, and support parent training under a BCBA supervision.

The role requires 21+ age, a human services degree (bachelor or associate with experience), strong organizational and communication skills, and the Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field and one year of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.
• Associate’s degree (60 college credits) and a minimum of two years of direct relevant experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.
• Registered Behavior Technician certification is a plus.

Job Description SummaryThe Behavioral Technician will provide clinical skills instruction and behavior reduction protocols based upon the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis. Clients include children with Autism and related developmental disabilities in the home, community, clinic, and school settings. The Behavioral Technician will collect data on programs and assist with parent training. The Behavior Technician works under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst.The principles of behavior analysis are to treat patients who have difficulties with socially significant behaviors.
